Insanity Workout Day 5: Pure Cardio = Pure Hell, So I shall see you in Heaven! ;-)

Just when you think you are sailing into the weekend BAM! 

You have to do Pure Cardio!! INSANE!!

I stand by my previous post about singing the praises of TGITH; however, the praise will be immediately followed by sobbing because the next day is PURE HELL...I mean Cardio.
